Intralase FS

During a LASIK procedure a thin flap is created prior to using an excimer laser to reshape your cornea. At the Barrie Lasik Centre we use a bladeless approach utilizing an Intralase FS 60Hz laser. This technology enables your surgeon to create a more accurate and consistent flap. I was the lead mechanical engineer responsible for the head unit including the laser path and controls.
